Client Reports Screen |
Purpose |
The Reports Available for Client screen exists so that, after finding a client in the registry, a user may generate and/or print several different types of reports for that client.
Functionality |
The Reports Available for Client screen is accessible from either the Edit Client screen or the Immunization History screen, and cannot be accessed directly from the Menu Panel/Status Bar. A client must first be found using the Manage Client/Immunizations screen. Then, after accessing either of the above two screens, the Reports Available for Client screen can be reached by clicking on the Reports button.
At the top of the screen there is a client information header displaying various relevant information, the same as in the Immunization History screen. This can be used to verify the client being reported on.
Generating Reports
To produce a Complete Immunization or Immunizations Needed report, click on the Complete Immunization or Immunizations Needed hyperlink as desired.
To produce a Vaccine Administration report, first choose the site whose inventory will show on the report by selecting a site from the 'Site' pick list. Then click on the Vaccine Administration hyperlink.
To produce a Legal Notice report, you must be logged in as a school user. Then, select a language and deadline date and click the Legal Notice F-44001 hyperlink to generate. If the client is compliant with the Wisconsin School Immunization rules, they you will not be able to generate the Legal Notice for the client. Instead, you will see the message "This student is up to date on immunizations, or has a waiver on file".
To generate a Student Immunization Record report, you must be logged in as a school user. Then, select the language you want the report to generate in, and click the Student Immunization Record F-04020L hyperlink.
After the system generates the selected report, it will automatically be displayed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. *Note*
If the selected client has Vaccine Administration Reports that were generated through the use of a signature pad from your organization or a child organization of yours, there will a pick list for "Signed." The list will contain the dates that the immunizations were entered. Selecting a date and clicking on the Vaccine Administration hyperlink will pull up an electronic copy of the same report.

If the computer does not have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0 or greater installed on it, then please see the "**REPORT VIEWING REQUIREMENTS**" notification on the New Client Form screen, or contact your administrator.
